3. 會員在填寫廣告訂單時， 必須填寫合法正確的廣告資料及提供正確的照片， 如填寫興不法或不實資料或提供錯誤照片所造成的糾紛及損害，責任由會員完全承擔，本網站不負責任。
4. 為了維護本網站的管理系統及每一位會員的公平權益， 會員的每一則廣告，請勿加入其他的廣告， 如有違反本規定， 本網站有權對該廣告加以修改、 刪除、嚴重者本網站有權拒絕刊登。
5. 每一則廣告必須中英文對照, 刊登者必須將英文譯成中文。 6. 為了維護本網站的管理系統及每一位會員的公平權益， 會員刊登廣告時， 一則廣告只能刊登一個房地產的買賣資料，或是一個生意的出讓訊息， 或是一家公司的服務項目， 不可一則廣告刊登多個用途， 如有違反本規定， 本網站有權對該廣告加以修改、刪除，嚴重者本網站有權拒絕刊登。
7. 廣告刊登後， 部分內容可以修改， 但不可修改成另一則廣告或做其他用途。新的項目, 請刊登新的廣告。
8. 付費廣告刊登後，如果要求停止刊登，未使用的部份不退款,但會給Credit 留下次使用。
Rules for Advertisement
1. Before publishing an advertisement, you must sign up for a member first (Free Membership).
2. All the members must read and accept the Rules before publishing an advertisement.
3. Members have to provide the legal and correct information and pictures in the advertisement form. The members are responsible for any consequence caused by the illegal or false information or incorrect picture.
4. In order to protect the system of the website and the rights of all members, one advertisement shall not includ any other advertisement. If member violates the rules, the website has the rights to edit, reject, or cancel the advertisement.
5. Advertiser shall translate the advertisement to Chinese and English.
6. In order to protect the system of the website and the rights of all members, one advertisement can only advertise one property, one business or one company. If member violates the rules, the website has the rights to edit, reject, or cancel the advertisement.
7. Members can edit main parts of the advertisement after published, but can't not change to a new advertisement. A new property/businee/company must publish a new advertisement.
8. Paid advertisement can’t be canceled after published. It can be stopped, the unused portion is non-refunable but can be issued credit for next time use.
